Springer Nature is fortunate to have solid partnerships with printers and carriers all around the world, which has significantly helped us to keep our operation running as best as it can during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. We have been working diligently since February 2020 to stay abreast of the changing situation with deliveries throughout the world and are working with all available resources to implement changes where possible to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
We will continue to update this page with the latest information we have available from our shipping partners regarding delays and areas they have been unable to accept deliveries for by some of the services we use (please see the table below). All destinations not shown as being blocked or delayed are currently receiving a normal service as far as we are aware.
Book customers in the affected areas are encouraged to purchase ebook versions while placing orders on our webshop. Our print subscribers to journals may experience delays in not only these regions but also other areas of the world, as airline cargo space and airline route availability are only slowly returning to pre-pandemic levels.
